My Name is Kelly, and it all started with a BIG dream.

My journey started with me being hopeless and somewhere around 470 lbs. I had tried so many “fad diets” from Weight Watchers to injecting HCG hormones to lose weight. They all worked but only temporarily. I would eventually give up because none of those things were sustainable in the real world. Who wants to be calculating points and poking themselves?! I certainly did not! I thought losing weight was impossible for me, much less becoming a bodybuilder! I had a lazy physical mentality and an uneducated relationship with food intake. I needed help to get where I was going. That is when I hired my first coach. I decided to make a “pie in the sky kind of goal with my coach when we met, I wanted to enter a bodybuilding competition. I think he thought i was a little nutty. I listened to everything he said and i ended up taking on first place and felt and looked better than i had in my entire life. It was then i decided i found what works, it’s a true lifestyle change and not a diet at all! I owe everything to my coach and my whole team for giving me the motivation and the tools to reach my goals and make new ones! My approach as a coach is to show you that not only is your dream possible but I am going to set you up to maintain it and thrive in life with it. This is not a “diet plan” or a phase but instead its a totally lifestyle change! No matter what your goal is, it will be important to me. It could be that you want to lose 20 pounds or 200, we will do it together. Believe in the impossible and then let’s make it happen!
